Will the final miniatures have the static pose shown in the render previews?
Not really. The process of creating a new miniature goes through converting the concept art to a 3D render. Because of that, the render image will have a mostly "neutral pose", to allow the artist add the maximun amount of details easily. After all the work is done, it is easy to set different "action poses", previous to the 3D printing. We want our backers have an active part of the decision making for the poses, so any ideas, images, or anything that would help us to bring life to our miniatures, will be taken into very high consideration. Will your final miniatures have different weapon sets to match equipment options?
Mostly yes. We will be adding different sets of arms+weapon to the standard ones to match the equipment options of each unit as the campaign grows, some of them as upgrades or some of them as addons, but to a point where is still manageable to us. Multiple options per miniature will push the estimated delivery, and that is something we do not want to happen. Last updated: Sat, May 17 2014 3:29 pm EDT
Will the stretch goals be addons or upgrades?
Depends on the stretch goal itself, will be indicated in the appropiate banner. Some goals will unlock addons, to get it just add its value to your pledge. Others goals will unlock upgrades to all or to some pledges levels. Last updated: Sat, May 17 2014 3:29 pm EDT
Casting in metal, plastic or resin?
We will be casting our miniatures in metal. We think it is the appropiate choice, decision based in: cost, durability and detail level. Basically resin does not offer the durability we think the miniatures of a skirmish game should have, while plastic does not make the detail we want for our miniatures. Will the rules for "Last Saga" be available for download?
Yes, always. The Last Saga rules will be always distributable freely under Creative Commons mark. You can download, print and use for free. We also plan to compile a Rulebook with illustrations and lore for the future at a very reduced cost. Last updated: Mon, May 26 2014 10:32 pm EDT
There will be a pledge manager? How to manage my pledge?
There will be a pledge manager? How to manage my pledge? The campaign will have a pledge manager. We're considering several options. In the last week of the campaign we'll inform you about this. When the campaign ends, backers will be able to manage their pledges through the manager, selecting rewards, addons, starter packs factions, etc. When this process is complete, the option to add new addons to the initial promise will be enabled for a limited time. It's possible that some special KS rewards don't be available in this extra period. Last updated: Sun, Jun 1 2014 6:36 am EDT
Shipping: how will it work?
Shipping costs will be calculated according to the selected rewards. Once the campaign is complete, you can add the shipping through the pledge manager. Last updated: Sun, Jun 1 2014 6:36 am EDT

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the project is locked down for shipping. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
Why can’t I log into my account?
Request a login link to your survey by entering your email here:
BackerKit will send you an automated email with an invite link to whatever email you pledged with.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
When will my pledge will be shipped, charged or locked down?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
Can I upgrade or get multiple copies of my pledge?
This depends on the project creator’s decision. If you are unable to see the ‘Want to switch your pledge level?’ after clicking on your pledge amount under “Pledge Level” in your survey, then the project creator would prefer people not to switch pledge levels.
